It was a repair, broken bolts, from who knows what, replaced with new case and bolts, won't move??? Ideas? Tranny Fudged??

Which bolts were broken?
Do the output yokes turn with no drivelines attached? Do you feel the trans shift into gear(s) when shifted out of neutral?
You really need to post more info than just this.

Sounds like the fan clutch is bad.

I would check his neighbors serpentine belt.
