Hi all

I've been studying about "pinion preload", " backslash" etc etc :D and now I'm ready to use THE KIT!

Hi all

Right now the front differential is on the ground :wtf?:

I found several problem positioning the unit on the frame because the support are not in position respect to the differential; now I'm creating a dummy differential to realign the frame supports... :chipper:

Hard work to do...

Just now saw this thread...good luck with the rebuild,but...a K2500 should have a 9.25 ring gear,you posted it as a 8.25(K1500).Did GM do something different in '89? :dunno:

Ok, frame differential support are out of position, so decided to make a dummy differential to realign the frame housing.
