Correct. Either they are at a track that doesn't tech, they know someone high up, or you can rent the track and run whatever you want.

That's so hard to race cars like that. With that setup you're basically in a controlled spin the entire way down the 1/4 mile. One of the few times the track really doesn't show everything the car can do...

Well when you are packin 800 and 1000 hp, even on slicks it is hard to get traction so the name of the game is to be on the verge of breaking traction all the time.
