No work at all, I'm sure they were all drained of fluids, put up on jack stands and the interiors treated. The barn was also probably climate controlled.

Why would someone buy 150 Neons?

Why would someone then take those Neons and store them for 14 years?

Is there someone crazy enough to think these would be a collectors item down the road?

I want answers.

I was reading the comments and it sounds plausible they might of been a fleet purchase and the money never came through or order fell through during shipping - maybe they were held up in customs forever and the purchaser forgot or shutdown.
