I did put 100,000 on the old GMC in 9 1/2 years....

In the 10.5 months I had the Accord, I put over 12,500 on it. In the 8.5 months I've had the Z4, I've put over 10,500 on it. If the truck goes on the trips I'm thinking it'll go on, it'll probably by at around 8k by the end of August and "at least" 10-11k by the end of October..

We'll see! Stuff can happen and trips can get shit-canned!

I don't tend to put a lot of miles on. I really have no commute to speak of...

Yeah.. Mine's about 60 / day.. Add in some running around and I guess I'm putting on about 400-500 / week. The Accord only went on one trip out to West Texas.. Everything else was commuter miles. Boring, life-sucking commuter miles.

I had one job where it was about 80 miles a day for my commute. I hated every mile of it.

Since they let me work 7-4, I don't mind the drive too much. If I "had" to work 8-5, I'd be hatin' it, though!

I really didn't want a job where (location wise) this is. But, the contracting company setup the interview before they ASKED me and the recruiter said "just go out there and save face for me, since I told them you were coming. We can keep looking afterward, but just go out there.." I ended up liking the people and they liked me :)wtf: ). So, it was alright, especially after I found out about the 7-4 possibility.

I hated mine for the winter drive. I don't know how many trips were at 30 mph in 4 wheel drive.

And that is why I like my commute. A tank of gas last me a month....

Yeah, when I was working from home, I could easily stretch tanks out for a month to six weeks, sometimes longer than that.
