He's getting what he is going to get. A much lighter foot and he might get 14. Intake and exhaust will do nothing.

Tune and put his foot on a diet.

The guy is in his 40s. He owns a large plumbing business but he knows nothing about trucks or his truck for that matter. He dosnt even know what engine he has.

Take it out and put in a Briggs & Stratton.
Tune, tune and tune. Make sure his tires are properly aired up as well. You could also sell him on some forged wheels and lighter tires.
The reason this guy is asking Is because a week ago I changed my cousins plugs and put an intake on his truck and I guess he's goin around saying that he's getting more power and gas mileage now. I think it's stupid but whatever. 
I'll change some shit for some cash if it makes the guy feel better.
