How does that engine hold up with the changes? and what size engine is it?

Either Way, if a short bed will suffice for half or even a third of the tasks a diesel is used for, they put them on extended cab diesels, why not single? ha

ok that makes sense. I have a truck with a short bed, that has a goose neck hitch in it though. :dunno: Well I dont remember which is which. Gooseneck uses the ball thing and fifth wheel uses the Butt hitch? they also have shortbed, EXTENDED cab trucks too...I suppose the wheel base helps with...

Why doesnt anybody make a diesel short bed, single cab truck? Its probably a simple answer, but I think it'd be awesome to have. I know GM had a diesel Blazer, thats kind of the same thing...

Well I dont have much $ at the moment so it'll have to wait anyways. My Alternator likes to squeal like a stuck pig all the time now so that'll have to be replaced. Where would be a good place to find a 130 amp alternator? that doesnt suck?
