From what I have read the reason this is happening is because people are running aftermarket spring that remove a key component of the suspension. Which is suppose to prevent this from happening and if it not there it cant :lol::dunno:
That sounds a little high for normal driving, I average 140-145 on highway and 160-165 pulling hills unloaded.
I had a problem with my trans running at 180 and up constantly even normal driving so Ford rebuilt my trans haven't had a problem since :thumbs:
The hottest I have seen my trans is 210...
As for playing video from your iPhone/ipod you need the ipod specific cable from pioneer. You can get it from amazon for around $8 just make sure you get a genuine pioneer one. People have had lots of problems with the generic ones.
