Muffler...I don't know if you are doing an entire stereo system but unless you have an aftermarket stereo already and just need a sub than than maybe. If you have a stock stereo and are doing a sub than no get a muffler...ahh just get a muffler I have a loud stereo and a loud exhaust and half...

Yah his are worn down that much I think because he wheels his truck every few days and drives hard. I think if you drove easyish and did maintenance they should last a while the rubber seems pretty hard.
