Yeah, do all the other drivers on the road a favor and avoid HID's unless you want to spend lots of money for the full retro kits. Even those are somewhat hit and miss.

Most auto parts stores should have the plastic pins for the fender liner. As far as glue for the gasket, I would try some black RTV.....but that's just me.

Got the winch bumper on it yesterday. I need to drill 2 more bolt holes in the frame and wire up the winch, but it is plenty sturdy......heavy SOB too!

No, still supposed to meet him tomorrow. Pulled the bumper off so I can trade him though. It looks like the front u-joint on the rear driveline may have a little play in it. I can't get it to move by hand, but there appears to be some signs of movement around the base of the caps. Guess...

Going to try to diagnose a "clanking" noise on acceleration.....pretty sure it's a u-joint, but they felt tight and didn't appear to be coming apart with a quick inspection in the driveway. Then, I'm gonna pull the front bumper off to trade back to the guy with the winch bumper.

Made a deal on a winch bumper/winch for it. Supposed to pick up Saturday! :thumbs:
