The way I look at it ... it's like a peacock flaring their feathers to attract a mate.
The female looks at the plume and the bigger the feathers are ... the brighter the colors are ... the more manly the bird is.
Smoke is partially burnt fuel. The darker the cloud is the stronger the smell...
Keeping track of your mileage and driving conditions is a really good idea. A lot of issues can be corrected cheaper and faster if caught early.
Mileage is a good indicator of how well the rig is running.
As for using it ... nope don't know a soul who's tried it. I'll stick to my Diesel...
Cashezo I'll let AJ know you liked his video
Goo-Gone will help w/ the sticky stuff. But it's still gonna take a lot of work.
If the adhesive is any form of 3M product they make an adhesive remover that takes it off faster and easier.
You're going to have to find a business willing to host the event.
That area is heavily populated and the cops will be all over if you try to use a park or something like that.
At least June should be dry :D
You don't have a thing to worry about w/ the new 68 trans.
Yeah the 48re that was in the 3rd gens was a bit weak for the CTD (Not like I've baked a torque converter or burned out the rear clutch pack or anything )
But the new ones are rock freaking solid. They are a full six speed which...
What makes you think it's rear wheel?
It's just filthy
Buddy rally's that sweet thing. Got more work into it than anyone man should that's for sure. But it's a family affair and they sure do love racing it :)
Is there any vibration w/ the noise?
Vibrations in the Dodge front ends are known to be caused by bad hub bearings, steering linkage, ball joints, or u-joints.
Looks like there are about a dozen TSB's for the 04 Neon out there

I know you can have some...
Rich has a whole shit load of work into that rig.
The best part ... other than the Sun Coast trans ... Every wrench was turned by HIS hand.
Hardworking guy w/ a great thirst for knowledge.
...Daddy if this is crossing the trolling lines please just remove the links and yell at me... I just...
A lot of the IPS (Independent Parts Suppliers) are having problems though. They are being sold and bought and shutdown. So a lot of contracts are left hanging in the balance.
If the Manufacture wants to step up or expand a product their existing contracts can interfere.
We will all just...
By un-bundling the brand into Ram / Dodge / Jeep / Chrysler / etc / etc they can manage their contracts differently also.
This will give them some freedom to use different suppliers for different vehicles.
I see it as a huge plus for the Ram line because our sales numbers and manufacturing...
Fred .. nice video's
In the 2nd once ... the CTD got a good spool up but he's not running enough fuel. What ever program he's running he needs to bump the timing & get some more rail pressure going.
Putting my name in my profile wouldn't help w/ the confusion on my gender any though .... See Jarred's comment
But yes I am very much a female. The males in 90% of the shots of my rig are either my husband or my son :)
We will be pulling the toy hauler again in Feb ... last time 4 guys went w/ 4 quads for 4 days. This time 8 folks are going with 6/quads for 5 days. Rolled the scales at something ridicules like 26k (truck, trailer & gear). So ANY help will be appreciated for this next run to the dunes.
Quick Google Search returns (I have not used any of these as I do not hunt for Ford stuff often):

I've been grumbing for some time now that my shocks were shot. It's been on the to do list. We also wanted to add air bags to the rear for when we are towing though. So it's taken a bit to get everything together to get all 4 shocks and the rear bags.
But alas they arrived last week.
It's...
Well that took me forever to find :)
Not my gallery but the guy who was doing the build. Truck never got finished. He had to move and the funds dried up to finish.

Here you can see how a mount had to be added behind the...
Rough Country has a pretty good overview on almost every state
http://www.roughcountry.com/lift_laws.html
WE have a 3 and 4 inch rule ... which I've never heard of being enforced except in the case of an accident where the lift caused excessive damage to other property.
If you need more info I've got some build pictures and stuff on putting a 94 12 into 98 2500. Just let me know I'll get you the gallery address.
One other thing is be prepared to fab up your own motor mounts. Dodge and Cummins moved the mounting points in 98. So they are not going to line up...
The frame will handle it fine.
It's the front suspension that wont handle the weight of a 5.9 CTD. The entire front end from a diesel should be brought over to support the weight.
Being that you are looking at a 95 you don't have to worry about to much electronics. The 12vs are mostly...
I see how you have yours dumping. But it looks like it is flush or behind the bed wall.
If you extend the tip a bit so the end of the tip clears the bed it wont get pulled up into the vents as easily.
I've had mine dumping out infront of the rear tire for a while now and never had an issue...
If the soot is still hitting the axle you don't have it far enough out.
If you clear the body it'll stop.
Mine was backing the rear end tell I got the tip on there and moved it out a few inches.
