Yeh, I'm hopefully going over to a buddies to ride his CBR tommorrow after work as long as it isn't raining like it has been for the last month. I want to get a feel for the position and bike in general

Thanks for the pointers guys, yeh the insurance isn't going to be real cheap. I'll have to check out state farm. I found a couple CBR 600F4's somewhat close I'm going to look into next week hopefully when I'm done with school.

Looks to be about 20%ish. We use 15% film at work and it matches almost exactly, factory meters out to about 18% or so.

At the detail shop I work at we use a larger commercial version of that, we just prespray and give it a quick scrub with a brush, and then hit it with the extractor. Also nice hot water and good prespray are also a major part of the equation.

Well if the bushings are totally gone and it is wearing into the hinges. Then you may need to weld in the hole and redrill it out to the proper size. Or replace the whole entire hinge if it's really that bad. :dunno:

Well, I got it all in and working. Now I just have to tune it in and get some pics. I'll try to get it done by this weekend

Same here Jeff, I really wanted to go out but I had to work and we had to put up some fence at my grandma's house.

I swear by them on all of our small barltteries (4wheelers,mower, motorcycles). That junior is really for a smaller battery like those, I would go for the regular battery tender. They are a bit more, but would probably would be happier charging a bigger battery. Also we have 2 from napa which...
