goodness thats a long list, sounds like it could be a really fun build, question though, why not leave it like it is and pick up another XJ to turn into a trail rig? They're cheap, theres a huge aftermarket, and if you break it you still have your daily driver to get you to work the next day

how the hell do they even get those things to seal? I see that kinda stuff on VWs all the time but thats the worst I've seen yet, don't take a turn to fast in that thing, i bet those beads will roll right off

those look alright to me, in the picture they look painted not ceramic coated though, if you are planning on keeping them for a long time I would get a coated header, I recently sand blasted some cheapy headers so a friend could repaint them, they were rusted and the metal was so thin I was...

realistically yes, I'm still waiting for my custom made headers to arrive, I could get away with using the stock fuel system temporarily but ultimately I need a bigger pump and lines to go with the rails and injectors I already have, the front axle is gonna have to come out in order to install...

Tom, thats the bottom half of an edlebrock performer RPM II i have to call the header guy this week and see when they are coming, they are one of the last big pieces of the puzzle, we aren't going to install the manifold until the engine is in the truck so we can dump some oil over the lifters...
