If you get 100k out of original fluid, on a ford. Keep running that same fluid. Don't change it. I've seen alot of perfectly shifting trans go bad just after someone changed there fluid and filter.

I'm really thinking aobut switching to that. We run Amsoil in our 2stroke bikes, And its actually been the best i've tried. Keeps the powervalves much cleaner than other oils. I liked the Lucas, but can't get it locally anymore. And can't get any deals on it lol
