    Yep, it sure is and I'm "SURE" that improper use of "QUOTES" and CAPITALIZATION is the main cause of it too.

    I like the "quotes"... in that particular instance. By emphasizing the work "acts" ...I took it to mean that the car seems to doing one thing when in actuality, it is really doing something else.
