I think it has alot to do with what you know I choose GM mainly because my Grandfather has been a GM service Manager for as long as i can remember so if i have any problem that i can't figure out a certified GM mechanic is just a phone call away
i would just go with headers for newer truck say like same truck but pick a 96 thru 98 model should be same as your truck just different port on the heads so should fit my engine came with the stock 97 exhaust manifolds i am going to use those for now
ok guys its been along wait but i finally got my top end gaskets and head bolts so i can put my heads and intake on i also got a roller timing chain set i still need some EGR parts and maybe a few other things here and there
