We had replaced that a couple weeks ago. We did have a little backfire when driving. Don't know if you could really even call it a backfire, maybe more like a miss. We replaced the distributor and the original gear was in pretty good shape. My Z71 was razor blade thin at 200k...

They have been working on sick crap on the Vett line. They are aspiring for american muscle and super car in one vehicle. Some might think it will never happen but time will tell.

Hopefully you can equip the truck with the LML Duramax, the LGH was a good motor in the 2011 but it sure is nice to have the additional HP and torque of the LML! Is it really a 6.2 in that 2000 3500 or a 6.5 by any chance?

I know you said you weren't "tech savy" but most Android keyboards have a Microphone icon, if you press it and speak the words it will appear on the screen in whatever application you are using. Comes in handy when you are working on something.
