Also, what is the GVWR of the RV?
I'm assuming its below 26k and that would make sense. Any vehicle 26,001 or more GVWR will require a class A license.

Your state may be different but a class A is required when the trailer you are hauling is rated for 10,001 pounds or more. I know my 26' would be rated for 15klbd but the stamp on it is de-rated to 9900. You're good if its stamped at 10k!
When I tow the deck over trailer that is rated for 14k...

That looks like a really nice and well kept RV, seems like the Quality is really good. Back in 02-03 I worked at Coachmen and was hired as a lineman, I moved pretty quickly through many stations and I loved learning about building the Catalina/Somerset TT's and some small RV's...
