yes, i have a very hard shift or converter lock at 28-35 mph depending on throttle position. doesn't happen at WOT so i think the line pressure is a bit high or the TC locks to late in the shift but i really think it is a line pressure issue. calling the trans builder and tuner tomorrow.

This truck is pretty fun to drive. Not so fun for the three cars on the highway that wanted to play. 100 is no problem to get to. I need to get to the track.

Okay so, I just got the trans installed and it was leaking. Investigations have determined the converter was full when shipped and the install shop thought it was a dry ship so they added 15 qt's of fluid. Well that was the reason for the leak. I drained 1/2 a gallon last night and the leak is...

yes, and I found out that the shop didn’t know the TC was full of fluid so he said today that he used 15 qt's of merc 5. The builder called me after I texted him and asked where it was leaking from. They added 15 qt's to the 5 that were in it and that, is too much! Should take care of its...

Got the truck, left the Harley at work. got home... damn leak... :facepalm: But it shifted pretty damn nicely. i don't have the right "tune" for it so no WOT yet.

as of 1300 yesterday, the trans and the truck were at the shop. as of 1330 as i drove by from getting lunch, the truck was on the lift already....:danana:
