I found these a few weeks back and cleaned the rust off of them. I know way back when Ford included some tools with their tractors. But I was wondering if they did the same with their cars and trucks. How old are these wrenches and what else may have come in the tool kits?
I ma with you on the exhaust. However, it is not in the budget right now. Later on, yes, full new true dual with an x-pipe. That is why I was not in a hurry to replace the 2bbl set up right now. I do nto see how I can get the benefits without improving the exhaust.
I have heard that from a few of my friends. I was wondering if it was true or a wives tale. I am hearing it enough now that there must be something to it.

Not much to report today. I found out the studs I need arenot as easy to get as I thought. I spent a lot of time running around thismorning going through boxes at parts stores trying to locate them. I finally ordered some from NAPA. Hopefullythey will be correct. Because I am waiting on studs...
Today I started by cleaning the diff cover. I found a lot ofpitting rust under the old gasket. Not a good sign. I briefly thought aboutprepping and painting it. Then I thought about something. Have you ever seen thoserusty old trucks driving down the road with a freshly painted diff cover. It...
