Yup, nothing in the book requires you to have windows... But if you do, you can't go below 32% on the fronts. It was a PITA to get the windows in and out without scratching the tint.

Happened to mine last winter.... I thought the same thing, cold weather, turned out the battery was just dying. Had enough power to run the lights, audio, etc etc, just not enough to crank it up. I was worried the started had gone!
