I had the Rough Country lower block kit and it worked just fine, but they've changed it since then. As for the tires, my suggestion would be to go around the net and find pictures of both sizes with wheels with the right offset, determine which one you like the most, then start digging around...

I wouldn't put a bunch off off-road lights and custom bumpers on it or anything, but it'll look great either way. You will want to install some air bags though fo anytime you haul with that front end being up higher.
No cheap houses in the area you could scoop up and either keep to rent later or just turn around and dump for what you have in it? The camper is nice though.
