I've heard some people have issues with claustrophobia when putting on the hats, but I suppose they don't stick with this type of diving for very long! :lol: I've never had any problems with it, in fact, I prefer diving the hard hats vs. SCUBA. I don't really get nervous either, excited...

:lol: Nah, we only dive compressed air, so nothing combustible goes through there. Diving with enriched O2 can be really dangerous, especially the deeper you go. At a certain point the O2 concentration can actually become toxic, resulting in convulsions and unconsciousness. Both bad things...

:lolup: Best place would be in the little brass tube by the right ear, that's the one-way valve that'll feed down into the regulator... Not sure how you'd light it though. :dunno:

That was a while back, already replaced and running 100%. The connectors got rusty, we figure some water must have collected in the relay. Brain sent me a new relay ASAP for free. :thumbs: for his customer service! Edited to add: you need up update your sig image now Matt!

This is about the best I could find, and it's with only 1 headlight working (bad relay on the passenger side).

Sweet!!! I still really need to get a couple of good shots of mine at night. It's really amazing what these things can do.
