Tore into the dash to find a noise. Ended up being the relay that controls the directionals, hazards and brake lights. It works but make a odd clicking noise randomly. Need to swing by autozone and replace it.

when you look at the 7.3 based SD's, you will get the old suspension. leafs up front basically instead of coils. not a big deal but the track also narrower then the 05+ and therefor have a bigger turning radius.
