    Swaying, coused by under inflated tire's, side walls walking......hot smelling brake's, parents were not used to your truck, and were trying to stop on a dime, with a heavy load...my guess, parents had a heavy brake foot....mulch gets heavy really fast...my 2 penny's..

    4 Hundred's of a second, can be nailed, just by changing driving habits, slight head wind, or a cooler out side air temp.....you will break 13's next time out...:thumbs:..lol, or 10 gallons less gas......

    Cool, Thanks!! I have mine mounted to the upper metal support, but I'm not likeing the look, and they touch the radiator...so I believe I will relocate them to the plastic bar, that runs through the middle....:cheers:

    Would you buy used headers?

    I bought these used Doug Thorley headers off of Ebay, gave my truck a deeper tone, got a power increase above 3K rpm, which it rearly see's....lol, I drive like an old man:rolleyes:.....IMO, I would do it again, just make sure the header flange is about 1/4" thick, and you wont have any leaks...

    I don't know if you want to tackle this or not, but in the Aviation world, when we strip threads in an aluminum housing, we will repair them with helicoil kit, they work great, and don't leak http://www.helicoil.in/

    It may require a friction modifier to...I know mind does, in my F150, and my Mustang to....also, check the metal tag on your rear differintal, it should be tagged with the weight of oil to use...Syn. will net you better fuel mileage..if you check your owners manual, they will say use standard...
