I remember there was someone on www.fullsizechevy.com that found European headlights for his truck, just like those you are looking at. I don't know if they were Bosch though, he had a very hard time tracking them down.

I know you are trying to keep the cables hidden behind the headunit, but those cables will not charge the iPod or allow you to control the iPod through the headunit (if you want that).
If you don't want the headunit to control the iPod, look for the iSimple IS75 cable, it gives you RCA...

I think when I accidentally popped the fuse for my cluster lights, the fuse was labeled CTSY LIGHTS or something similar.

Finally found what was causing this after I pulled my dash.
There was another hole in the ductwork that helped hold the vent door in place, but once it broke loose, it allowed the door to back out of the hole at the end of the duct. Nothing a ziptie couldn't fix, :D!
