Yeah it came out of a '90 model I believe. Found a conversion shop up in Dallas that had seats, steering wheels and bunch of take out stuff from conversions they did. All new stuff and pretty cheap, then..
Started assessing the damages this weekend. Ignition switch has finally worn out, so that's on order. But a screw driver will work for the time being.
Pulled the stereo out and a bunch of hacked up wiring. Not trying to make anything perfect yet, just trying to make sure it doesn't burn...
I'm gonna try to keep this thread going since I have the truck and have started working on it. :tmc:
The truck: 1971 Chevrolet Custom Deluxe C-10, small block 350 with Turbo 350 and 3:42's (IIRC).

Truck get's 20+ mpg on the highway and around 17mpg pulling my 6x10 enclosed...
I placed an order through Rock Auto Monday night. Ordered a blend door actuator for a Ford Flex and an AC Delco window regulator for a Chevy Silverado. Items shipped from separate locations and I clicked on the cheapest shipping methods for both.
One item went USPS priority and the other went...
Yeah it takes the guess work out of the deal. Everything you need in one box, tear the shit down and get busy with no stopping looking for some obscure widget that didn't come with what you ordered.
