Are you using the factory ground wire for the new headunit? If so, that could very well be the problem.

Here's that 110mph cluster you were talking about: Looks just like a stock cluster, but it goes to 110mph, has a missing hash-mark at 105, and says MILES next to the odometer. Also, is just me or do the hash-marks (especially on the smaller gauges) look kinda screwy?

Use the 120 degree WLED-x bulbs for the cluster. I used to have the WLED-x5 bulbs in my cluster, but I no longer recommend those. Not only are they more expensive, but they are also too bright IMO and leave a couple hotspots. The WLED-x are the perfect brightness IMO and light the cluster...
