I didn't read your whole post, but have you tried Carquest? Do you have one locally?

We have used them almost exclusively for CVs. For some reason they are the cheapest, have them in inventory, and are American made.

Yep, went by there as my last ditch hope and he said he thinks they have the correct part I am looking for but I'll have to wait until tomorrow morning because their truck comes in tonight. I will be at their door at 7:30AM when they open to see if they have it. If so, I'll be back in business. If not, I will hit the bricks again to see if I can find one. Been driving the wife's 4Runner all day and burning up her gas

Basically looks the same as the one you have above. If this part # yields a dud, I will try the part number you have here.
