New Rims, or just tires?

Well I found a set of these GM accessory 20's with tires for 700 bucks.

Tires are probably 50% tread just stock tire size.

Or I can get a set of 285/70/17 nitto terra graps for 650.

Opinions??

Even with only 50% tread left, for tires and wheels that sounds like a good deal. Run those out then get the Nittos. IMO

3 are nearly perfect. 1 has one road rash ding and could use some polishing. but all in all good shape.
