I've already seen some radiator shields with some ventilation inlets designed to avoid the mud to stick on them, intended to be used in motorcycles.

Those are badass. I looked at one a while back, but once I saw the asking price I never even bothered to test drive one.
I had to settle for the Yamaha Grizzly.
