Dang Fuel Pump Died..Got 4 years out of it.

yeah can't remove my bedliner due to back, dont have grinder/cutting tool, and can't climb into my truck bed to do the swap...sucks...feel pretty useless, but my construction buddy Dave is coming by tomorrow to do it up..beers and pizza for the win! Thanks Guys!

well, not pictured is the spray paint step of painting the edges / rear valley perfs., to prevent open metal rusting, ( WE ONLT ETCHED VALLEYS SO WE HAD LINES OF RIDGED BED TO HOLD PANEL ON), then when it dried we pushed the panel back in and it popped up flush with the cut lines naturally, so we then caulked it along the edges and the valley perferations along the back with outdoor/exterior caulk beads.

The pump I bought as shown did include / require a wire swap for a bigger plug, purple black grey purple with a diagram..extra little hassle, but works great.

VERY quiet though, which is good, ($52.00 SHIPPED) though it wasn't working at first because I was used to the whine of the cheap one. LOL.
$48.00 bucks to my buddy for his time and grind wheel, all together $100 done deal. I'm happy.

UPDATE: 4:00AM NEXT MORNING, WAS WRESTLING BEDLINER OUT OF BED ALONE STUCK AT ATM BECAUSE ONE OF THE FUEL LINE CLIPS CAME OFF..SUCKED ARSE>>>HAD PROGRESSIVE SEND A TOW TRUCK GUY TO HELP< FIXED IT AND WAS ON MY WAY. THANKS ACCESS PANEL AND TOW GUY!
