Basically you just fill the reservoir with new fluid and bleed the brake lines (starting with the furthest one) until you get clear new fluid out of the bleeders. Keep filling the reservoir so it doesn't get too low...
Little chrome lever on the side of the master cylinder. Just press it and it flushes.
Of course on the Caddy, seeing as it's so new, it probably has one of those infra-red thingamabob flush things on it. Don't even have to get your fingertip dirty on the lever.
