1 5/8 will work fine. Last I looked 1 3/4" was the "other" size.

Yes your right-i just have the two options at the local parts place-i had got the 1 1/2 then did some checking an seems the 1 5/8 would work better-just looking to confirm it. Iwill be taking the 1 1/2 back an getting the 1 5/8
