I don't like PB's service. I replaces tie rod ends on my ex-wifes car. Took it to PB for an alignment because they were running a special. They tried to tell me I had a bad tie rod end and couldn't do the alignment. I took it some place else and never went back.

You should have told them.. "I bought it here and just installed it... if it's bad... it's "YOUR" fault"...

I got the parts some place else and I think they knew it.................

I went in one about a year ago to get a cabin air filter for the Caddy...
The little punk behind the counter told me the STORE BRAND was gonna be 45 bucks...and AC Delco was 60 bucks...
I can buy AC Delco at the Caddy dealer for 30 and Fram at WalMart for 22...
