Re: Sunshield Suggestions?

I can't find this design anymore, but this company makes excellent quality sun shields for the larger area windshields. This set seems to scare the shit out of people, at first glance. :dunno:

Hows the storage on those?

Perfect. You twist them up and put the sewn on strap around them. They twist up in to a round circle about 12" across. I store them in the back of the passenger seat.

Actually, they do. I have a set for both trucks and put them in the windows in the winter (when the sun is shining) but turn them around as the backside of both sets are black. They heat the inside up rather well on a cold, sunny, winter day.

As for the summer, yes, they are perfect and keep the sun outta the trucks and heat. Yes, it does get hot here, for a day or two! :willy:

Well spring is coming and we are already seeing temps in the high 70s. I am a big believer in using the sun shields on the windshield during the day while at work. I use a good bit of Leather Conditioner on my dash for the SPF factor

But my biggest problem is my cheap wal-mart one isn't stiff anymore and it doesn't fit my big F150's WS. I don't wanna spend like $50 or anything. But would like a decent sunshield that will fit the WS.

Any Ideas? On Amazon would be great. That's where I buy border line everything

Dude, it is still January!

Or are you talking global warming? :D

We're having super warm weather here, it's been over 70 for a few days now. It's gonna be up and down over the next week or so.

We're in SC not NC we get spring earlier :D2

Yeah I got some similar, no eyes but they are the same concept of twist to fold. I like them better than the old accordion style because they take up less room.
