Vacuum canister (charcoal canister), some hoses, a grommet for the gas tank, and about 3 hours worth of labor from my mechanic= $450
The feeling you get when your truck finally passes emissions= priceless.

There was one stretch of road that I could actually do 55 on for about 5 miles. Before and after that, the fastest I'd go was 45. Of course, I could only do about 25-35 in spots due to some chicken shits.
