Jim/Tobias..what about this.

A standard black Fuel cap, with the lip painted/pcoated in a stain black to match he cap.

I think the center cap looks less offensive in the standard black cap, and it helps the machined spokes stand out more.

Not sure exactly what you meant..either one of these? Not sure about either one, but you do see less of the 'star shaped' cap, but it makes the cap area seem larger which may or might not look better.

Maybe I'll try a chop on my truck with the wheels. I just hate unrealistic chops with wheels, they can be tricky.
