Backordered??? Really? I wouldn't think that would be an issue but then shipping logistics might have something to do with it, not sure. Sorry to hear that Scott, didn't they tell you that when you ordered it?
Still no oil. Going to have to switch to XL or back to Valvoline
Scott, I contacted AMSOIL and they said that there is a ton of the OE 5w-20 and that the Alaska distribution center gets monthly shipments. I just tried to call the center and they are closed. I could not get a good status on when the OE will make it in. So looks like you will have to move up to the XL. If you do let me know and I will work something out for you if I can. Where you going to pick it up?
It's 5w30 not 5w20. I will switch to the XL. I will pick it up in Palmer on Wednesday. They changed my order. Thanks Nick
The OE line has been a big seller and so they are trying to keep up with the demand. I'm surprised that they didn't tell you it was back ordered when you ordered it, or did you do it online?
