Gonna buy a cheap, good on fuel front or all wheel drive. And put a muffler on my old Ranger so I still can say I'm a truck guy..

Good on fuel is not exactly how I would describe a Subaru, exactly due to the AWD, and for the longitudinally-mounted engine. The Corolla, even with an archaic 4-speed automatic tranny, is pretty good.
