So lately I have been semi bored with not having the cash to upgrade parts I want on the truck. :( So I decided to give a few areas a face lift.

Here are the before and afters on the rims:

I should have taken a little more time in surface prep and sanding between primer coats on the back. The top coat is kinda trashy and rough on the first 2 I did. I like the looks so far. You can't see the red until you walk up on the truck. :ninja:

When the time comes I'm probably gonna sand it down and take it in to have the back powder coated.

I'm going to be painting the letters black and down the road I MIGHT do the indentations around the rim black also. :dunno: I have to see how the primer/paint inside of the rim holds up though.

Here are the brake calipers, brackets and rotors:

Hard to see but, I painted the retention clips and the back of the pad facing out to offset the opposite colors respectively.

Small note. IF you don't mask off as good as you SHOULD and get a little over spray on the rotor pad surface it will wear off with a few trips around the block with some hard stops. It will just make a GOD AWFUL squeal 'til it wears off. :ohnoes:
