I'm now on Medicare,officially old.
I've been thinking of starting this thread for a while now...so here goes.
For it's age(built in Feb '95) it's in pretty good shape and I try to keep it that way.Current mileage is almost 235,000.
I bought it March '08(202,000mi.)to mainly tow my toy hauler, which it does wonderfully. It almost never has any problems and runs great.I make sure to keep up with regular maintenance where needed. It uses about 1/2-3/4 of a quart of oil between oil changes and has no leaks of any kind. It's been damn good to me
My question is..Is my Burb an exception? Why don't I have probs with it like I see others having? It's been so reliable I count my blessings every day.
Being a K2500 with a 454,4x4,4L80E,lifted,big tires, etc. it's certainly a heavy duty machine and everything works as it's supposed to
Oh,and it don't look too bad neither
