I'm pissed. I'm ready to move out Virginia. I had my truck inspected back in April and passed. Got to put my truck on the lift at school and found out that it shouldn't passed cause the of the brakes. I found one warped front rotor and all 4 front pads are worn down with inner pad on the drivers side with no pad on it at all. Went and checked the back and found one dust boot on each of the wheel cylinders torn with a hole in it. Plus one shoe on each is was wearing uneven at the top side. This is a leading trailing drum brake system and not the duo servo type system. I had 116,xxx miles when inspected and now have 122,xxx miles on the truck. Called VA state trooper safety officer that controls the area and left message.

And a warped rotor?

Dead giveaway for a brake issue, the pulsing would be felt.

You had a brake pad with no pad left and you didn't notice the grinding noise?

I noticed brake pedal noise 2 weeks after i got the truck last year but pedal noise didnt happen often enough where it was creating some sort of pattern.
