My 400 did the same thing. I had the alignment check about every other oil change. Frequency really depends on your style of driving and the roads. The rougher the roads te more it needs checked.

I use NTB. They have treated me right so far. They have alignment deals where you can get 1, 3, 5 year alignment guarantee. They will check and realign it as often as you want in that time. Plus they are ope 7 days a week.

Well I know the NTB right down the street from is worthless on alignments. The tried to tell my brother that he had the inner and outer tie rods mixed up on one side. Which is not possible because one is right hand thread and the other is left hand thread.

Well I guess so, but these weren't mixed up. They were put together the same way on the driver side which the adjusted just fine.

Umm... they're supposed to be opposite. Mirror image... If both sides were put together identical then, yes, he did have the inner and outer mixed up on one side.
