ouch.. good luck

Luckily my truck is still under the 5year 60k mi warranty
but it still sucks and i hope it doesn't take too much longer its been at Ford for over a week :(

Started out as maybe a bad Alt causing Rf interference, that wasn't the problem, so he changed the sensor again, checked all the wiring, all checked out good. They then checked the coils for bad RF reading cause there had been some problems with that those checked out good. they though maybe the computer nope still the code came back with the new computer so last I talked to them they were tearing apart my heads to check the cams.
so we will see :dunno:

Contemplating buying the same wheels again, buying them back, or did you buy them back?

They're back in my possession :D :thumbs: :cheers::wookie: :D2
  Same price as you sold them? What happened that the guy was willing to sell them back so quickly?
So now your dad has the GM 20's on the Tahoe...sellin' the 17's then?

They were too wide for his taste, and he didn't want to deal with taking them off for winter. So he's going to find a set of LTZ 20's and run year round.

And yes, my dad officially bought the OEM 20's from me. I'll keep the 17's for when the truck sits in the garage for most the winter
Aren't those 305's or 315's?
Why do you need winter wheels? I sold my "summer" wheels because I needed to use the rubber up on my "winter" wheels......well, and to help pay for the 17's I still have sitting in my closet! :D (no, they are not on display in the living room/dining room like some people do )

Truck sat like I said it would. Had a nice ride home from work on the motorcycle. Took the long route home to enjoy the nice cool night.

Kyle, did you go the BBP meet in Maple Grove? Did it even happen? There weren't any updates in the thread for it at all so I didn't know if it even happened.

Because I want the preds completely removed from any chance of getting salt on them, I wash other vehicles in our garage :D And I have 285/55's.

I did not go to the meet, or heard anything else on it. I don't think they rounded up enough people. I had to work that day anyway.

I'm going to load it up with coolers, chairs, a couple of tables and a guitar, and then head to a music festival around noon. My BIL will be taking his pop up camper.

Nothing yet today......

Drove the piss out of it coming home from work yesterday on some back roads......I was not a happy camper after work. I do know it's limited at 105 and regardless of how you hit the limiter, it just won't creep past.

Then I had to go use it to pull my wife out of the mud. For some reason......(left-handed blonde logic)......she decided she could make it across a creek crossing that had flooded the day before on the back way back from her parent's house. I don't understand, but her FWD Kia Sportage just couldn't claw through 2' of slick, newly deposited silt. :dunno: Her mom tried to get her out with her Chevy, but couldn't even budge her. I was able to get around her through the mud so I could pull her back the way she came, and she came right out.
