I think you need some rear wheel well liners, too.. or at least have some LineX or something sprayed in there..

they dont make rear wheel well liners, but undercoat is in the process, also when the tail lights come in im going to de-badge the tailgate

Actually, they do make rear wheel liners that fit that truck. They're just sold as being for the Tahoe, I believe.. I remember seeing them talked about on GMT for the 800 series trucks..

Undercoating would probably be much more effective, though.
