Any of you guys dump the stock exhaust? Just cut it off until you can't see it, right? I know that is a dumb question. :D

Most dumps have a turn down to vent the exhaust downward and bang the sound off of the ground. You can buy just a turndown and then weld it to the stock pip that's been cut off. I'd suggest a nice Magnaflow like mine if you want a little rumble.

The turndown. I remember you posted the muffler number in your exhaust thread. I may get a single in.out like you did with a turn down. I wanted a single in/dual out at first, now I am thinking of just getting a turndown.

If I were you, I'd run my exhaust out the back and dump it there just like mine and Jim's. Having the exit farther back will significantly reduce the amount of noise you get from the exhaust bouncing off of the ground. A piece of pipe behind a Magnaflow will probably not cost more than $20.

Also, if you just want it turned down after the muffler, have the shop bend a piece that way. The turn downs are expensive.

Any auto parts store should have em.
