I am sure there is lots of marketing hooey thrown in here, but I have worked on a ranch and know how those trucks get abused. It is a little different in W Texas because they do cover lots of area and rack up the miles pretty quick, so trucks don't have to be abused for 5+ years to have 100k miles, they might do that in 1-2 years easily. They also aren't towing all the time, or on rough roads all the time, but that doesn't mean the truck doesn't get worked over.
That being said.....if their list of maintenance at the end of the third video is truly all that was done, I am impressed. Like the guy mentioned several times, not having steering/suspension/4wd issues in 100k (regardless of time) is almost unheard of. It is tough to tell if those parts/pieces shown were actually the ones coming off the truck, but even if the 100k with no major issues claim is true, it is something to be proud of for Toyota.
I am not a Tundra lover, I think they are ugly as sin, but they do seem to be doing fairly well in real world driving. I have talked to a few guys who have them, and none have had anything bad to say about them.
