Add a stinger or no? Pics*

So about a week ago i finally was able to get some work done on my jeep, im not done yet but soon will. My questions are

1) Do i add a stinger or no?

2) Does anyone know the legal hight of a stinger for Socal?
(i know there is a legal high for street driving right?)

my friend flipped it and didnt want to throw it away so now we are doing some work to it
