My Miata is no longer 100% stock. Installed the FM front sway bar finally today. Talk about simple.

Skidplate off:

I also pulled off the baby teeth while I was under there.

Sway bar is simply awesome. I was expecting a bit less roll, but I definitely was not expecting how much more responsive the car would become.

In other news, fancy things will be ordered soon. :ninja:

How are they going to drag it up on the tow truck now with the hooks missing?

They're actually not tow hooks, they're tie-down hooks. You're specifically not supposed to tow the car by them.

looks good, even if you did copy the PC on the sway bar with what umberto has lol.

whats your other plans? anything power wise or weight reduction? i know its a DD but since you seem to be done with the truck you could make this into a fun car/autocross car.

That's how the bar came from Flyin Miata, Umberto's new favorite Miata part company.

As for plans, this summer it'll be getting a roll bar (at the request... make that demand of my Mother), tires, and any maintenance that needs to be done. I'm really enjoying this car in stock form, and it's going to stay mostly that way for a long time.

Long term I want it to be a car that's an autocross beast, has enough power to be fun at a track day, yet still is more than livable on the street. It's not going to do any of those 3 exceptionally well, but I'm going to try to find a balance that works for me.
